Vintage Sign Truck?

Which is fitting because coming home from a family outing in Maryland this past Sunday…

…we stumbled upon this gem of an old F-100 Ford Truck while passing through Farmington, PA. It turned out to be a 1955 (note: ‘54, ‘55 & ‘56 all look very similar) and I mean despite the rough look it seemed to be in good solid running condition. Of course it’s perfect for me. Or, should I say my wife’s re-vitalized sign business which will be featuring "Old-Timey" or "Vintage" styled, hand-painted signs.

  • Photoshop Coloring Excercise

    I recently have been trying to upgrade my limited knowledge of Photoshop and figured the best way to do this is to take on a specific project.

    This piece is one I blocked in the color in Illustrator and then placed into Photoshop for all the highlights.

    While I’m happy with what I got out of this excercise I’m really trying to get to where I can do an entire start to finish illustration in Photoshop.
