JoePa Face Mask / Sketch

In addition to that last post about the "Penn State Crazy Fans" I thought you all might like to see the sketch I just did this morning.

The wife had to go out of town with our daughter on a "Bridezilla" quest so I got to sit in front of the TV and soak up everything ESPN had to offer!

While it seems they (ESPN) are surprised that PSU beat the Buckeyes, they just can’t get the heads around the fact that JoePa has been here before.

I think I’m gonna have to break down and get me one of them crazy, "JoePa" face masks, seeing as how it’s gonna come in handy during this year’s bowl season.

Crazy Penn State Fans

Penn State Beats Ohio State in Columbus: 13-6

Around here we get to watch and root for some of the best football being played in the country year in and year out with the Steelers, Pitt, West Virginia and Penn State all within about a 4 hour driving circle from us.

Of course Ohio State is only 3 hours from here as well but we certainly DO NOT root for them. At all. Ever!

Even if your Daughter and Grandson do live there!

Well, last night I sat and watched Penn State go into the dreaded "Horse Shoe" and put one on the Buckeyes! It may have taken Ole JoePa 30 years to whip ‘em in Columbus but they did it and it couldn’t come at a better time.

One familiar thing about the game though…it was a nail biter just like most of the Steeler games I watch.

Everyone knows that football fans from both pro and college are some of the craziest people on the planet and I know I have seen my share over the years but for like the second or third time now, I spotted these guys ( pictured above ) and just can’t stand how funny and creative they are in these getups!

Without a doubt my favorite to see at the games.

Go Penn State!
